Decoupled repetitive polling from push messaging into local logs and an asynchronous owner queue; overhauled the ops-check watchdog to eliminate 266 false DOWN runs; enforced strict PR → CI → independent review → CTO merge gates; and deployed approvals.deny security guardrails across all 23 profiles.
